A cosy 3 bedroom house, 2 minutes walk from the lake and about a 15 minutes walk to the town. It is situated on a sunny section in a quiet culdesac. The house has a semi closed in sheltered verandah leading on to a private back yard with plenty of room for children to play safely. It has a garage which is an ideal place for tuning and storing skis safely. The house has an electric heatpump for your comfort. The bathroom has a bath and shower and there is a seperate toilet.
The house comfortably sleeps 7 but has an extra mattress if required to sleep 8.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) are not supplied but can be arranged at $12 per person.
The house is let out on a "leave it as you find it basis". However, cleaning can be arranged for $65.
Please advise if you are wanting either of these.
