Relax in a fully self contained, early 1900s cottage just 5 minutes walk from Martinborough's Square, restaurants, shops, cinema and swimming pool.
The cottage sleeps 5 - it has two well furnished queen bedrooms plus a single bed in the second lounge where the wood burner is located.
The french décor is complemented with polished matai floors and woodburner.
The kitchen includes microwave, an espresso coffee machine, and ample crockery and glassware.
The main lounge includes a large TV with Sky movies and sport and a DVD/video. A dining table has seating for six.
The adjoining second lounge area has a woodburner, CD/cassette/radio, reading material and a second single bed that can be used by a 5th person. There is a screen for privacy.
The bathroom and shower, two heated towel rails and a heater plus a laundry cupboard with washer and dryer and ironing board and iron.
French doors open onto a sunny verandah which lead to a mature private garden. An outdoor terracotta table to seat 8 and a gas barbecue makes it perfect for entertaining.
There is off-street parking for at least two vehicles.
Smokefree.
Continental breakfast supplies included.
Verandah's two step drop to ground and established rose bushes on verandah might make this unsuitable for small children.
Fenced on 3 sides but not fully on road frontage.

Close to Martinborough vineyards, 5 minutes walk to the square or to the town swimming pool. Also very near the Circus Cinema and Thai restaurant.
