A large spacious 5 bedroom self-contained apartment in the heart of the popular cultural beach suburb of Fitzroy. Shops, great cafes and restaurants right outside your door! Close to the beaches, the Coastal Walkway, golf courses, Lake Rotomanu, the Valley Megacentre, rollersports, netball courts and a short drive to the city centre and other ammenities.
Fitzroy Heights sleeps up to 13 and is a great option for families, sports teams or people wanting to save costs and travel together. It has queen and single beds, a new fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher!), a flatscreen television with DVD player and freeview, laundry facilities, and an internal garage. It is well equipped, comfortable and tastefully decorated.
New Plymouth's feature attractions: the Coastal Walkway, Pukekura Park, PukeAriki, The Govett Brewster, the airport, and the mountain are all easily accessible from this location. Fitzroy Heights offers comfort and convenience in a fantastic location as Fitzroy is the suburb to be located in!!

Rates: Two night minimum. Three night minimum on long weekends and over summer holiday season. Price is for two people, $20 per person after that, or $15 for children aged 5 - 12, or only $10 for under fives. A refundable bond is required. Linen can be supplied for $10 per person. Cleaning fee of $75 applies if you choose not to self clean the property. Smoking only allowed outside.
