The middle section has an open plan designer kitchen with dual oven (electric ) and gas hobb plates, dining room and lounge which open on to an extensive deck. A compact laundry includes washing machine and dryer.

•Rates are quoted for 2 person occupancy, per night basis.
•All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include Goods & Services Tax of 15.00% ( GST )
•Additional per person rate where applicable – NZD30.00 per night
• LOW SEASON - 1st May to 31st October. A minimum 2 night stay applies - excludes Easter, Queens Birthday, Labour Weekend etc and school holidays. Shoulder season rates apply for these periods.
* SHOULDER SEASON - 10th January to 30 April and 1st November to 24th December. A minimum 3 nights stay applies.
* HIGH SEASON - 25th December to 10th January. A minimum 7 night stay applies.
* Cleaning fee applies - $60.00
•To confirm your reservation we require a 50% deposit of the total booking paid by direct debit into our bank account, the balance payable 30 days prior to your arrival.
•No booking is guaranteed unless the deposit is paid by the due date.
•Check-in time is from – 3 : 00pm
•Check-out time is - 10 : 00am
•Late Arrival – should your arrival be delayed, please contact us so that alternative arrangements can be made re: key.
Cancellation Policy :
•All cancellations must be notified in writing, by email or post 30 days prior to arrival ; your deposit will be refunded less a 10% booking fee.
•Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival ; deposit will be non-refundable
•There are no refunds for early departure.
