You can enjoy:
• Walking
• hiking trails in pristine forests,
• horse and carriage rides,
• local art and craft galleries,
• attractive gardens
• friendly country cafés
• A picturesque village setting, rich in our Victorian and Edwardian heritage from early British settlers, and Maori Polynesian culture.

Hamilton 29 km away is situated in the middle of the Waikato in the North Island of New Zealand. Hamilton is New Zealand's largest inland city, connected to the ocean by the mighty Waikato River. The permanent population of about 159000 lives only 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours south of New Zealand’s largest city, Auckland, and is now mostly connected by an expressway.
Our next largest town is TeAwamutu 23km away
The cottage has 2 bedrooms with 1 queen bed and 2 singles and is fully self-contained. It is delightful with its sunny aspect and deck that looks onto the gardens and native forest.
