Situated on 1 acre of regenerating native bush with native birds including friendly wekas. Access is by road, floatplane, or Royal Mail bus twice a week and groceries may be ordered. Boat launching, parking and mooring available. Scallop beds 20 minutes by boat. French Pass 30 minutes drive away. Cissy Bay area is suited to fishing, swimming, diving, kayaking and bushwalking.

Launch boat in Cissy Bay for Pelorus Sounds or tow 15 minutes drive to Rocky Creek, Admiralty Bay and launch for the Outer Sounds. From the Cottage 5 minutes walk to the swimming beach and 10 minutes to fishing beaches. Outdoor cooking with 2 BBQs and 1 being stainless steel hooded.

We had a great stay at the Cissy bay cottage, it was clean modern and really good value. Kev pointed us to some great spots in the sounds to go for a fish and a scallop. I recommend this great little spot to anyone wanting an awesome getaway!

Cissy Bay kayak hire and scallop dredge hire (Kev's Super Dredge). French Pass 30 minutes drive away with boat tours, kayak hire and Durville Island nearby. Garne and Savill Bay Reserve 10 minutes drive away, good bushwalking.
