WE ARE STILL RENTING AND HAVE NO PROBLEMS FROM THE EARTHQUAKES ! 3 bedroom house (including 7 seater Toyota people carrier) 2 blocks back from the beach in the village of Sumner 15 minutes from Christchurch. The house is fully furnished and sleeps 6, has large patio area and includes, TV’s in all rooms, barbeque, garden furniture, internet access, 2 x mountain bikes, golf clubs, and best of all it includes a Toyota Regius 7 seat people carrier in the price (subject to age and licence restrictions)
We also include airport pick up and take you straight to the house so no having to drive straight after a long flight.
Sumner is one of the best areas of Christchurch and has all the trappings of village life and the beach is 4 minuets walk and there are at least 10 coffee bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. If your wanting to sample NZ life at its best and most laid back then this couple be the place for you.

Brilliant value for money in a great location. Car was superb and the house was perfect for our two young children. We had a fab time and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Nearby attractions & activities
Only 4 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to over 10 coffee bars and top local restaurants. Surfing and many different types of water sports available all with in walking distance. You can easily walk with your surf boards to the beach. Christchurch is only 10/15 minutes drive by car and there is a bus service from the end of the road straight in to the centre of Christchurch.
