Stunning ,intimate views over Sumner Beach , village and ocean from The ZigZag Beach House.
Situated 3 mins walk up the ZigZag track this house is set apart from others providing peaceful , tranquil surroundings while affording breathtaking vistas.
Accommodation provided is the top two floors of a brand new 3 level beach house.The lower level has a 3rd bedroom/ensuite currently used as storage by the owner. Use of this room is negotible.
The rental includes greeting guests on arrival and transfer of luggage to and from house.
The entry level consists of kitchen/ dining , laundry, toilet, living room and expansive decking. Internal stairway access leads to two generously sized bedrooms,each with WIR.These rooms are serviced by a shared bathroom (shower/ bath) and separate toilet.
Both bedrooms also open onto deck areas.
All rooms in house share the stunning views afforded by the location.
Free use of Surfboards/ Wetsuits included.
Please note this Beach House is NOT available/ suitable for children.
