PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHED CALENDAR AS WE HAVE HEAVY BOOKINGS OVER THE SUMMER. This modern home stands on the crest of the hill with stunning views over Kaiteriteri and Little Kaiteriteri beaches and up towards Abel Tasman National Park. All on the one level. There are three bedrooms. Two with queen beds and the third with a set of single bunks. We have carpeted the attached garage and a double bed is in there. Beach is a five minute walk down the track. Large living area and extensive decking. Excellent access. FREE WIFI Table tennis in the garage and children's entertainment. Please note we are sufficient distance from the beach itself to not have the problem of penguins nesting under the house - and the concomitant unpleasant smell. This is just a sample of some of our guests comments:- Dear Susan, I tried to phone but you are on your travels again. We have had the best time in the best house in Kauteriteri with one of the best views in the world, and can't believe how lucky we were to choose you. Providing linen played a big part. It LOOKED good on the web site, but we are well used to things not living up to expectations and clever photography, so when we walked in the door we gasped with amazement, it is SO much better than any photograph can do justice to. So thank you for choosing and building on this wonderful site, for letting your lovely house, and for allowing us to use it, sadly for way to short a time. This was supposed to be our last ever trip to the SI, though we come to visit our son and my extended family every second year. As we are in our 70s now and one never knows what is round the corner, we had decded to pay a last visit to favourite places down here and call it a day. But Kaiteriteri is too magical, we can't not come back, so please don't sell or do anything ghastly like that and please may we return some time?
