A secluded 5 bedroom holiday home overlooking Lake Rotoiti with own lake access and private jetty. A residents only private boat ramp serves this small quiet community. A fully furnished and well equipped upmarket retreat that basks in all day sun. The house is double glazed for winter warmth and equipped with an excellent wood burner.
Ample room for cars and boat trailers
Listen to the native birds, watch the pheasants and quail land on the lawn and go to sleep to the sound of the morpork living in the native bush.
Outside wood fired pizza oven, petanque area, swings and native bush to explore a kids paradise.
Linen provided in the cost for upstairs bedrooms.
Please bring sleeping bags or request linen for the bunkroom @ $10 pp. The bunkroom has built in bunks DOC style sleeping 4 plus two rollaway single beds.
Cleaning fee $150 applies
Wonderful views of the lake from every room. All you can do is relax. A bookcase full of books and games. A gas heater available on the decking for the cooler evenings. A wonderful wood pizza oven for cooking and warmth as well. There is an outside brazier but please have a bucket of water handy as water pressure is low on the lawn and check the fire is out totally at night. Summer is a high fire risk or no fires permitted depending on the council's restrictions. A special place for only a few.

Rates: This house is a treasure tucked away from the world through a private road access only. Walk through native bush down to the lake and relax on your own beach.Great trout fishing, wate4r skiing and only a bay away from the Lake Rotoiti hot thermal pools. Wonderful bush and forest walks , great mountain biking out the door and thermal areas to explore. Secluded hot pools nestled in the bush are also within walking distance. Kayaks and dinghies are available with the house. All rubbish and recycling must be removed ( rubbish bags provided and collection point for residents at road end) and vegetable foodstuffs composted. The house is on a septic tank and water tank. The water tank is equipped with a full water treatment system throughout the house. The water is chemical free and lovely to drink. Conserve water at all times. No running taps. Herbs and fresh vegetables are available for use from the garden depending on the season and rabbits
Close to Rotorua for all the tourist sights and restaurants. A dinghy available with the house if necessary . A cleaning fee applies $150
