This is a unique property on 2 beautiful acres of prime beachfront land - located on the very safe (with shade) Okupu Beach, Blind Bay, Great Barrier Island. You will be hard pressed to find a similar beach location with views to die for and fabulous wildlife!
There are 2 small cabins, one has a kitchenette/living area and sleeping loft (one double and one single matress up small ladder into the loft).The other (sleepout) has a comfy king size bed. The kitchenette has a double gas burner, and there is a small gas fridge. A bbq is available on request, as are 2 kayaks! There is an enclosed outdoor shower and clean long drop. This is a rustic set up, but clean and tidy and functional. I spent many summers at The Mermaid Shack before I bought the property next door!
I can also assist in organising requested car hire, and activities -(seasonal), that include amongst other things, fishing/diving, and sailing day trips.

Kayaking, diving, fishing and snorkelling right out the front on a safe swimming beach and intersting coastline. Vineyard also in the Bay, dolphins occasionally! 100m from boatramp. Room to park your trailer on property. Private beach access. Centrally located on the island so close to all the amenities and activities available. Less than 10 mins to shops, petrol, Medical Centre and airport.
