If you need a break from a busy lifestyle, a one-on-one healing program, have writer's block, or need inspiration for you next painting, this is the perfect holiday place for you. For those of you who are convalescing from an illness or have some specific health problems you can expect individual attention and nursing care if needed all year round. You will also find HOT MINERAL POOLS about 60 kms away where people have been healed of many conditons as far back as the Maori wars. I am told that Hone Heke and his warriors bathed their wounds in the pools after battles. Now those same pools are still there in natural surroundings.

Rates: If there is a booking for one night only an extra cost of $15.00 will be added. Hawaiian massage and Reiki healing are offered for a separate fee. With the sofa bed 6 people can be accommodated. Each extra person over 4 the cost per night is $15.00 each.

You will find an interesting craft shop, Waiotemarama bush walk and water fall just up the road. Across the road from Waiotemarama Healing Space you will have access a running creek where you can just sit or have a dip in a swimming hole. In Waipoua forest there are superb bush walks. Information provided about other bush walks. About 6 kms away you can take long walks along the coast and the Hokianga harbour is 8 kms away for swimming, walking and the well known sand dunes where boards are provided for sliding. Harbour cruises are also available.
