Outside 90 days before arrival No charge
90 - 31 days $250.00 transaction fee
30 - 14 days Charge one night
Less than 14 days Charge for every room night booked
Holiday Season Cancellation Policy (15 December – 15 January)

90-60 days One room night charged per room booked
Less than 60 days Full charge for every night booked
• We encourage all valued guests to take travel insurance in the event that circumstances outside of their control cause cancellation of their booking and thus incur a cancellation fee.
• To secure a booking a deposit equivalent to the first night tariff will be charged. This deposit is refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy above.
