Our fantastic beach house will offer you a very spacious living area, great indoor /outdoor private living spaces, 4 bedrooms,(3 queen bedrooms and 2 single beds in 4th room) 2 large bathrooms.

The large lounge opens up to a nice decked area with good views of the beach reserve, large comfortable sofas, plasma screen, log fire. and sky TV and computer nook.

The dining area offers lots of room for family meals, it opens up to a large , fully fenced, private paved courtyard with cane outdoor furniture and hooded BBQ.

The kitchen is very well equipped with walk in pantry , wine fridge, large 6 burner gas hobs and electric oven, double sinks and large granite servery, with bar stools , just the place for the friends to gather for a wine whilst dinner cooks.

This entire area is heated with a choice of a gas log fire or wall mounted gas heating, both making the house toastie for winter stays.

The lounge opens to a second deck area that borders the beach reserve and enjoys the morning sun.

This reserve is a huge bonus to families with young children as it is an ideal space for them to get out summer and winter away from roads and have a good time, kicking a ball or riding bikes and scooters.

We have very easy access to the beach just a 1 minute flat walk, with no roads to cross.Close by are tennis courts and childrens play grounds.



Omaha is just a 90 minute drive north of Auckland.
The pristine beach is surf patrolled in summer, and offers good swimming and surfing.
The all tide boat ramp is a busy spot, and here you will find good facilities for small craft, including kayaks, windsurfers, sailing etc.
The Matakana region doesn’t need much introduction, its popularity is well advertised,
It seems appropriate that one of the most popular farmers markets is held there every weekend. The village also offers
Visitors some retail therapy, good coffee, and some great tasting food in the cafes.
If Ice cream is your thing then Blue in the Matakana village is a good choice along with Charlies Gealato in Sharps Road.
There is a modern cinema with the latest movies on offer.
The village offers a number of eateries and takaways for the holiday treat.
The local wineries are popular and most offer great food and wine, among the choices are Ascension, Brick Bay, Herons Flight.
