Rates: Longer term rental by negotiation. Linen is extra $25.00/night/person. If a cleaner if required is an extra $130.00 as long as house is left in a tidy condition. If carpet cleaning is required after your visit this will be charged as extra.
During school holiday and main ski season week long rentals are preferred.

Availability: My preference is main school and mid winter periods is to rent periods of about a week Sunday to Sunday ideally, but all inquiries are considered as I often have gaps to fill and that criteria can be flexible at times.
