Bedrooms are upstairs.The master opening to a balcony overlooking garden and stream; master bedroom has a queen and single bed and portacots available.The second bedroom has a queen bed,and two single beds. There is also a separate sleepout with an ensuite.This has a queen bed, a king single and another single tucked away if needed.
Grounds: Gentle sloping, picturesque with stream boundary and footbridge. Numerous trees and shrubbery. Approximately 40 metres of sheltered decking .The grounds are private and quiet –ideal for relaxing!with a wonderful outdoor bath (gas heated).

There are friendly eels in the stream that will show up if tempted with some bread!They will eat from your hands or are otherwise fun to spotlight from the bridge when it is dark (torches available)-kids love it!
