• Minimum 3 nights stay.

• Linen and towels: Bring your own or provided at $15/person per stay.

• For stays up to 3 weeks: 50% deposit required on booking. Balance at least two weeks prior to stay. Cancellation upto 4 weeks before stay - 10% of deposit retained; 4-2 weeks before stay - 50% deposit retained; within 2 weeks 100% deposit retained.

• Long-term stays negotiable, please enquire for rates and terms & conditions.

• Our payment options are: Direct Credit, our account details are available on request; secure credit card payment with KiwiPay, 5% surcharge for credit card payment.
